1. Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia) to get you fight-ready, wherever you are.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx):
- Cost: $12.95 USD.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available on orders over $50 USD.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs.
2. Returns & Exchanges Process
Our process is designed to be as straightforward as a jab. Follow these steps:
- Contact Our Corner Crew: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the template at the bottom of this page to speed things up.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address within 48 hours.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

- Inspection & Processing: Our team inspects returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. We’ll email you the status update.
3. Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard re-shipping.
- International Orders: Refunds for USD orders are in USD. Your bank/payment provider determines the final exchange rate and may apply fees.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? Follow the standard return process but clearly state you want an exchange and specify the new item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative. Expedited shipping for exchanges is available at an additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our fighting community, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Groin Protectors & Body Protectors (intimate protective gear)
- Hand Wraps (hygiene-sensitive items)
- Glove Accessories that come in direct contact with skin/sweat
- Custom or Personalized Items (e.g., custom boxing robes, corner jackets with specific logos/names)
- Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at purchase.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost. Please include photos or a short video to help us resolve it faster.
