4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL/FedEx. Cost: $12.95 USD. Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance.

You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
